Everything You Need to Know About a Car Wrap.
Ready to add that customized look to your ride? Vinyl wrapping may be the answer.
There are tons of ways to make your car yours. One of the biggest and boldest ways is car wrapping. Car wrapping really makes a statement because you can change the entire exterior look of your car to whatever you want. Whether you’re looking for a new color or want something totally unique, a car wrap could be the answer.
3 Benefits of Custom Car Wraps
There are more benefits to customizing your car with a wrap than you might think.
1. Paintwork Protection
Sure, a car wrap looks great. But did you know that it can actually help preserve your car’s paint job in the long term?
2. Look
Car wrapping is practical, but it’s also a fantastic way to upgrade your car’s aesthetic. You can choose whatever color and finish you desire. The result? A car that is 100% up to your standards when it comes to look and uniqueness.
3. Branding Opportunities
If you have a business vehicle, a wrap works in your favor. You can brand your car, truck, or van with your company’s color and logos. This can help get more eyes on your business and serves as a solid marketing tactic.
What the Car Wrapping Process Looks Like
Pre-Installation: Materials & Design
Before any work gets done on your car, you’ll meet with a car wrapping expert. We’ll walk you through a consultation where you explain the vision you have for your car. You’ll decide on the materials, finish, and color (or design) of the wrap. You can decide if you want a full wrap or a partial wrap.
Z-Tech specializes in full vehicle color change, hood wraps, roof wraps, and chrome delete and more—your options are endless. We only use the highest-quality materials, 3M 2080 Vinyl Wrap, so you can rest assured that the job will look great.
The Installation
Once you’re set on what you want your car to look like, the car wrapping technicians will get to work. We’ll clean your car to ensure that it’s spotless. Vinyl doesn’t hold well to a dirty car, so we use a special solution to make sure everything is squeaky clean.
After the surface is spotless, we apply the vinyl. We either use a pre-cut sheet or will apply the vinyl and custom-cut it to ensure it fits your car perfectly.
Design Options
Let’s get into the nitty-gritty. First, there’s surface area to consider. Do you want a full wrap or a partial wrap? Z-Tech specializes in both types. A full wrap means the entire car will get wrapped in vinyl—the doors, hood, bumper, etc. You can also opt for a partial wrap, like only wrapping the hood or roof. This is a great popular choice for those who don’t want to wrap the full car and just want some personalized touches to their ride.
Once you decide what you want wrapped, you get to choose the color and finish. Choose from 50+ options at Z-Tech. Finishes can include glossy, matte, or satin.
Pricing
Pricing is totally dependent on the type of car wrap you choose—from surface area to color and finish. Z-Tech makes it easy to figure out pricing. Simply request your free quote, and you’ll get a custom reply shortly.
